1. Booking and Payment
To confirm your reservation at Mahibaagh Resort, full payment or a deposit (as applicable) must be made. All transactions are processed through secure payment methods available on our website.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellations by Guest: If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window, a refund may be issued according to the terms outlined below.
- Cancellations by Resort: If we are unable to provide the service you booked due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., overbooking, facility unavailability), we will offer a full refund or help you reschedule your stay, based on your preference.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If you cannot travel due to emergency circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency), we may consider a partial refund or rescheduling of your reservation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before check-in will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
- No-Shows: If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking.
If approved, Refunds may take 5-10 business days to credit in original payment method , depending on your bank or payment provider.
